Nan Goldin created a visual diary of the intimacy and understanding between her family and friends. She grouped those closest to her and call them her “tribe”. I enjoy Nan Goldin’s work, especially this series because of the way she captures her ‘tribe’. The shots are almost candid like and honest.
Was this the work that was in the Color Rush exhibition at the MAM in the small room, being projected?
Yes, some of it was. I also think the Library has a copy of the book.
